Today I experienced it myself, while I’m searching for a good coffee shop in Singapore. I found TheCoffeeJournal’s blog on Google and when I clicked the link, I suddenly see this page.

It says “Your access to this website is rejected by TOT Corporation because of it contains inappropriate contents, words or photos which cannot be accepted by Thai people.”

AFAIK, those contents are only available on Youtube and other online video services, so I don’t know why they blocked Wordpress.com

Anyway, when I tried to access TheCoffeeJournal again in an hour later, I can uninterruptedly access it, weird… -”-

3. เขียนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เช่น กลอน หรือเรื่องสั้น

The world keep moving forward, so why should we care about those users who are attached to their out-of-date browser. A website should look the same in all browser, not with those bugs and never-been-fixed-functions which requires a good deal more patience as a developer.

Anyway, some of my clients want their website to look good in IE6 as well as in modern browser (such as IE7, Firefox, Opera), so I do it backward. When I design, I started from those modern browser first, after that I will look back on IE6 and IE5.5, etc.

GrayBit is a great online website accessibility testing tool that converts the entire web pages to their grayscale equivalents. Therefore, you can check the contrast levels of website content and choose more accessible colors scheme for your design.

Relying on colors to determine page visibility and contrast can be misleading. Converting the colors to their grayscale equivalents is a more reliable method. By removing color’s influence, you’ll better find true visual contrast.

After very big content migration, I backed up all data in blog. Anyway, since I’ve been very busy this month, I decided not to import backup data.
